Camp Policies

 

 

SUMMER CAMP POLICIES

Camp fees:

Full or partial payments are accepted anytime after you register. 
Any balance should be paid at least 10 business days before camp begins
to avoid any late fees. 

Fee for the 2 weeks camp (8 days) is $385.00. This includes a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.

The $50.00 non-refundable registration fee for each camper is due when you register, this registration fee will hold your spot.

Discounted fee for the 2nd child from the same family is $285.00.

 

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEES:   (by June 15, 2017) 
Fee for
the 2 weeks camp is $360.00.
This includes a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.                                                     
The $50.00 non-refundable registration fee for each camper is due when you register, this will hold your spot.

for the 2nd child from the same family is $260.00.
This includes a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee.



Refund policy:

If a registered camper becomes unable to attend camp, for any reason and camp administration receives a written refund request within 10 business days before camp begins full refund of fees less the $50.00 registration fee.

Scholarships:

Limited scholarships are available.

Ask how to create your own scholarship by participating in the fundraisers or by soliciting ads.

Campers are allowed a credit for 100% of collections toward the camp total fee.
Any overage goes toward BRAVO's camp expense.



Payment methods
:

We accept checks and money orders made payable to: BRAVO MUSIC COMPANY, INC.
After June 10, 2017, only cash, cashier checks or postal money orders will  be accepted.

Instruments:
 
All band and strings campers must bring their instruments.

Camp scheduling:                                                                                                                                                                                                    Morning:  Breakfast, fitness routine, classes include: music appreciation [music discovery], music theory, vocal technic and chorus.

Afternoon:  Lunch, Physical fitness, rest period, piano, voice, string, band, art classes  and  Amateur Hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays, each week, at 4 pm. 

Field Trip:                                                                                                                                                                                                     Scheduled for Friday, July 07, 2017; 1 to 5 pm- TBA   A consent form is needed for each camper. 
Parents and Guardians are asked to help with transportation.

CULMINATING PROGRAM:     Friday, July, 14, 2017 at 4 pm at DeRenne Middle School's cafetorium.

ATTIRE:

Camp shirts will be provided and issued at 3 pm on Friday.

BOYS will wear Black or Dark Pants, Black shoes/socks

GIRLS will wear Black or Dark Pants, Black shoes/socks [NO EXTREME HEELS, PLEASE!]
